My life in China [Brian Lim, team B, 1st blogging]

I want to take this chance to introduce my precious memories about exchange student in China. When I finished my military service in Korea, 2 years ago, I was having a big aim that was studying abroad. So it is absolutely important for me, studying international business as major, to study second language skill. However, at that time when I hope to go abroad, I didn’t prepare anything to go to study abroad. So I decided to register Chinese private educational institution. Every dawn, from 6’o clock to 7’o clock, I went to there to study Chinese conversation, and took a Chinese class in my university. I really did my best to study Chinese during 6 months. Eventually, I got a good opportunity to study in China as an exchange student for one year!!

When I went to China, I could not speak any Chinese, but my friends who went to China together with me could speak Chinese very well. Above all, I started to find Chinese best friends as my Chinese speaking partner in university. And I met a good Chinese friend who can speak English and Chinese. Then everyday when I was in the school I met him, and played with him by using Chinese. I practiced, and practiced. I enjoyed that time with my Chinese friends, and I did my best to speak Chinese as if I were a Chinese. One year later, when is the time to go back to Korea, I could feel something changed. Yes, I could speak Chinese very well more than my friends!!

When I was staying in China, I got many chances to trip variable places where are very beautiful: Beijing, Dalian, Chengdu, and so on. Most of all, the best memorable place is Shanghai, which is the city of economics in China. How can I forget a night view of Shanghai? It was awesome!! I have never seen beautiful night view like this. At that time, I decided to be a worker who works in whole of the beautiful world.

I wanna go to Shanghai In China. I have never been Chine ever before. After I came to USA, I thought Why I didn't go to China and Japan. Those countries are not far from Korea. But I didn't think to travel those areas. ^^;; I wish I could go to China When I have enough money in Korea. kiki.
Anyway, I want to hear more about your story.
